Yoga & dance, for littles and young people aged 2.5-14

All of our yoga classes across all ages are 45 minutes. We have a limited capacity, to ensure that every child gets the attention and nurturing that they deserve, so we recommend booking early. Our dance classes are all 30 minutes in duration.

Tot’s yoga classes, for littles aged 2.5-4

Tot’s classes are a wonderful opportunity for parents and their little ones to make new friends, open their hearts and have fun through yoga, song, movement and play. All of our tot’s classes are story based, helping the children to use their imagination and really allow the stories to come alive. We use storytelling to guide the children through basic yoga poses, breathing exercises and fun games. Each term, we go on a different adventure — to the farmyard, going to the park, an enchanted garden or going to space — and use relatable stories to help your little one develop strong emotional intelligence and react positively to the world around them.

Junior Yoga classes, for children aged 4-9

Our junior classes provide a thoughtful approach to children’s growth and development, giving young people a safe place to move, have fun and express themselves with confidence. These classes also follow exciting stories to allow the yoga poses to really come alive.Junior classes teach discipline and structure in a way that feels enjoyable and natural, whilst giving our students the freedom to be themselves and lean into self expression. Our non-judgmental practice, above all else, provides a happy and inspiring environment for our children to shine in a way that feels right for them.

Teen yoga classes, for young people aged 10-14

As children get older, their emotional and physical abilities and needs change. Yoga can be beneficial for teenagers in a variety of ways, supporting them mentally, emotionally, and physically. Teenagers balance a lot, and our classes provide an opportunity for them to carve out time for themselves and develop powerful coping mechanisms to deal with stress and anxiety. We aim to help our teens support their own mental and physical health, improve their focus, and manage their stress and emotional health, all whilst giving them a big confidence boost!

BALLET

Our ballet classes focus on encouraging a sound basic technique and an understanding of musical interpretation.

MODERN

Modern dance, known for its theatrical qualities, is often seen on the stages of musical productions. Our classes focus on building the strength and flexibility needed to enjoy this highly energetic dance style.

TAP

Our tap classes are specially designed for young dancers, from Reception up to Year 4. These fun and engaging lessons introduce the foundations of tap, helping children develop rhythm, coordination, and confidence.

HAPPY HOPPERS

For our newbie dancers, our pre-school dance programme, Happy Hoppers, offers an exciting introduction to all dance styles in an imaginative and fun setting, blending props and exciting stories with developmentally appropriate movement.
